Shipping policy
Turnaround Time
Freshie supplies and accessories (excluding molds and custom orders) are processed within 1-4 business days. Silicone mold orders are processed within 7-14 business days and in the order received. Please keep in mind our TAT does not include shipping times.
Custom orders will be processed in the order received, and times may vary depending on the volume of pending custom orders. Customs are usually processed within 10-14 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
What is a business day?
Any day we are open on our calendar; excludes any day marked “closed,” including but not limited to: weekends and holidays.
Local Pick-Up
We do offer local pick-up for Crosby, TX, and immediate surrounding areas (including but not limited to Humble, Kingwood, Baytown, Dayton, Pasadena, Houston, etc.).
Pick-up must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance (including day and time). To schedule a pick-up, please contact us at (832) 791-2032 or customerservice@texasdarlingboutique.com. After the second no-show, scheduling attempt, or notification your order is ready, orders will be canceled without a refund.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change and determined by the carrier. Also, please keep in mind that shipping/delivery times are in addition to our turnaround time.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. After the carrier accepts your package, Texas Darling Boutique, LLC is not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost packages. An additional shipping fee will be accessed to ship any returned packages.
Texas Darling Boutique, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only. We DO NOT currently offer international shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Texas Darling Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Texas Darling Boutique, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Therefore, we highly recommend selecting an insured and trackable mail service at checkout. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
